1. Sweepstakes Period: The o.b.® tampon Mighty Small Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 12, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 1, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.mightysmall.com, and complete all required registration information and you will be automatically entered into the random drawing. Limit one entry per person/email address. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply. Entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 1, 2008, to be included in the random drawing.

3. Random Drawing: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or about July 15, 2008, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded and winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email.

4. Prize and Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”): Grand Prize (1): A 2008 Toyota Prius (MSRP: $23,000). Color at sole discretion of Sponsor. Any additional and available vehicle options that are not standard on make and model of vehicle listed in prize description are the sole expense of winner. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and pick-up costs. Winner may be required to show proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license prior to taking delivery and pick up vehicle as directed by Sponsor. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award prize of equal or greater value.

5. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who, as of date of entry, are 18 years of age or older. Employees of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

6. General Rules: Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize notification may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, biographical information, city, state, pictures/portraits, likeness and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for late entries, technical hardware/software failures of any kind, lost/unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user’s ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined solely by Sponsor. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held to select the Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Attempt by an individual to deliberately damage web site or undermine legitimate operation of Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal/civil laws and should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted and any damage made to web site will be responsibility of same. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical/other error in printing of Sweepstakes administration/prize announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion. As a condition of entering the sweepstakes, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.
